Johanna Lyman (she/they), Senior Consultant is a Certified Diversity Professional and a Certified Professional Coach with additional certifications in HR and Change Management.

Johanna’s Ideal coachee wants to become a better leader by developing the so-called “soft skills” of inclusive leadership, emotional intelligence, success mindsets, delivering feedback, and self-awareness. 

“I worked with a C-suite executive who had recently been promoted into the role. I helped her shape my values and vision statement, provided her with a toolkit for managing real-world challenges, and introduced her to DiSC assessments, which she said was  incredibly helpful in managing relationships across the organization. I also helped her manage gender equity and inclusion in the workplace; she had a non-binary employee and a conflict arose between the employee and their level two supervisor. I coached him directly on how to be more inclusive and why it was important. About a month after that intervention, I was informed that the non-binary employee’s attitude was greatly improved and that they had put together a toolkit for the organization to help everyone be more inclusive.”
